We reserve the right to cancel ANY job in EXTREME situations due to CLEANLINESS of environment OR items. ANY item weighing 250+ will be considered a SPECIALTY item and WILL have ADDITIONAL fees, we will NEED to know PRIOR to starting your job. NOT reporting extremely heavy items and or HAZARDOUS situations PRIOR to your job, MAY result in Company REFUSAL to move said items. ANY excess time after the load, unload or both is NOT for any other activities unfortunately! We appreciate your business!
