• Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. Throughout the move, the crew handled our belongings carelessly. While disassembling our furniture, they nearly dropped the top section of our bunk bed, and they spent a significant amount of time disassembling pieces that did not appear necessary, which made the process much longer than expected. We also observed frequent periods where work stopped while the crew talked instead of continuing the move. During the move, our stairway wall was damaged, leaving drywall on the floor and scratches on the paint. When we brought the damage to their attention, they denied causing it rather than acknowledging or addressing it. We understand that moving is physically demanding, but we expected our home and belongings to be treated with much greater care and professionalism.

• I think that the company itself provided very little information to the actual movers. I very explicitly said in my initial quote the amount of items, and the distance from the loading dock to my apartment. The movers themselves were already tired (which is very understandable, it's hard work), but also came vastly unprepared with just a small dolly. Given the reviews of this company I truly expected them to set their movers up for success, which was not the case. This all lead up to my moving items being dragged through the floor, and not in the best condition. I want to be very clear that although my movers were not perfect, they did their best given the circumstances, and they accomplished the job in 2 hours, although sloppy. My frustration truly is more to the actual company, and not the individual movers themselves. Also, they should be paid much more fairly, rather than a measly 10-20pct. of what I paid while a boss in air conditioner takes in the rest. Would not recommend.
