  • Got a text the morning of my appointment letting me know the guys could be there early if I'd like. Both gentlemen were very professional. They listened to my concerns and directions of where things should go, including being aware of the brand new floors installed the prior week and they were very carefuly not to slide or drag anything on the floors.
