  • If I could rate zero stars I would. This company’s movers damaged my furniture and caused structural damage at both my old and new place. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Run! Do not use this company!!!

  • They gave us a window of between 2 and 5 and failed to show up. They eventually told me their previous job was running much longer than they expected. I had some time restraints so I found someone else to help because honestly I did not know if they would ever show up. Way after 5 they called and said they were on the way. I told them I would have to cancel since they missed their window. They wanted to give me a credit but hopefully I will not be moving for a long time so that would have been worthless. Eventually they agreed to give me a refund It’s been 6 days and no refund so I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and I feel like I need to give this review because of that. Sometimes the lowest price people are not worth it. If you decide to use them, schedule them first to hopefully avoid the frustration we suffered. Or just pay a bit more for someone with better reviews
