• I booked 2 guys but they sent 3. Then instead of letting me add the extra time through Moving Help, they wanted a Venmo payment directly to the guy. Also, I had asked that they load the big furniture last, so that it could get unloaded first (the 15 ft truck was much larger than we used moving in so I wasn't worried about space). We were moving to a 595sf apartment and I wanted to get the big furniture in place before taking up space with all the boxes & misc. The lead balked at that said he needed to load together for best fit. Except he didn't use all the space in front before loading the couches and mattress, making the front inaccessible and eventually running out of room. When unloading, the last thing they took into the apartment was the couch. We had to go buy sliders and do alot of moving around.

• The two helpers had a disagreement and started fighting with each other in the street and one left. The other guy stayed and finished the loading which I was grateful for.
