  • The agreement was for two movers and only one arrived. The owner had to assist but was not fit or able to carry more than one box at a time for most of the move. They then charged me additional $600 for the extra time needed to complete the request. I was told they would have moving equipment which only got used towards the end. They left items behind which I then had to load myself and was promised assistance but found myself doing quite a bit of my own work. It cost less for me to ship my car from fl to co than it was to have this service. Was not worth the money with all that I had to do on my own.

    Thank you for the review. I'm not sure if this was intended for us or someone else. We showed up 10 minutes early and had a 3 man crew but only charged for 2. You had nothing packed and ready to go, which made the move take longer. You also forgot to mention the 90 minute drive in rush hour from Castle Rock to north Denver. You were on a third floor apartment, so there wasn't any equipment we could use safely. When we arrived to your new home we had a 300' walk to the elevator and another 200' to the apartment which we utilized 4 large Dollie's. The only thing left in the apartment was your clothes, we asked many times if you wanted our help to get them. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
