• Tony and Jay arrived on time despite the snow and ice packed road conditions. They quickly assessed my needs and hit the ground running. With their careful packing, my belongings should reach my new home in excellent condition. They were professional, personable and affordable. I would give them more stars if I could. Thanks for helping with my fresh start.

• This was the worst move Ive had in 11 moves The crew was disrespectful We had damage to almost every piece of furniture. If you are a woman? DO NOT HIRE THIS TEAM! They asked my husband how large my breast are because I was wearing a tank top while moving. I was also told as a woman I couldnt drive a large truck when I do that for a living They dont listen They argue with how things came in the house They cuss for being good Christian men so loud my elderly neighbors heard it when they almost shattered our glass storm door They stole food that we had setting aside to go to a family in need that was on the way to pick it up They asked if they could have the food from OUR KITCHEN Do yourself a favor and do not hire this team! I have reached out and they are not helpful And neither is UHaul when trying to get a partial refund Spend the extra money and hire someone else This is definitely a get what you pay for situation

  This is a woman owned company! My crews are and were completely respectful, even with the various adult items scattered throughout your room that embarrassed one of my crew. I assure you, they did not want to know your size. You were not prepared for your move, nor fully packed. You received 3men for the price of 2, provided no furniture pads, and no tie-down. A 26ft truck was packed, fully loaded, including 2 refrigerators in 4 hours. You then contact me 2 days later with every insinuation, some considered slander, because you wanted a refund. You gave me no proof of damage and had no communication with me during or on the day of your move. You only wanted help with big items and booked 2 hours. Your husband said the crew was doing well and he wanted their help with the rest and you added the hours, I did not even request them. And, my crews have no need to steal or even ask for your food! That's ridiculous. I am unsure why a even a partial refund is worth all these untruths!
