Arrived 2 hours 45 mins late. Brought no moving equipment. Used over 400 feet of rope. Got made when saw I had a refrigerator washer and dryer to move, which had been communicated.

We notified the customer ahead of time that we would be running behind and he agreed. He had every opportunity to cancel if he was not okay with it. The three hours he booked were used to properly and safely pack his belongings including securing them with rope so nothing would shift or get damaged. At no point did the customer mention appliances in his messages. His claim that he texted it is simply not accurate no appliances were ever listed. On top of that his instructions were inconsistent one moment he wanted the grill taken the next he did not because his apartment was too small. Every detail of the job has been documented with notes and photos. So when he refers to facts we are not sure what he is basing that on but it is not on what actually happened.
