• Movers showed up late without the dolly's they promised. They played inappropriate music. After 3 hours, they said they could do it in 2-which if they had the dolly's they might have-I was told they had to leave for another job and needed the code. I told them I would give them the code when the job was done. He was very insistent that he needed the code. I was afraid that he wouldn't come back if I gave it to him. He finally left, returned 3 hours later with his 3-year-old daughter. I did pay for an additional 2 hours; he wanted more even though they never finished the job. Every box was labeled but they put boxes anywhere and everywhere. Super heavy boxes were put in the top of closets, kitchen in the bedrooms, living room in the bathrooms and so on. I had had surgery 4 days before the move which is part of the reason why I hired them. They made the move very stressful, overcharged and I had to have others come and organize the mess they made.

• Memo and Alex arrived on time. Quickly unloaded the truck. Listened well to special instructions and were professional. I would recommend.

• Excellent experience with Alex and Memo! They were very communicative and professional. George reached out to me via phone to confirm the order and it was easy to reach him throughout the entire moving process. They were flexible as well. We hit some speed bumps with our storage unit delivery, requiring us to reschedule our moving time. They were very understanding and we were able to reschedule without issues. Lastly, they were efficient. Both movers moved our boxes quickly and to the correctly assigned rooms, confirming with us along the way. Would highly recommend anyone to utilize their service!
