  • Overall, if you don’t have strict schedule and don’t mind paying more than the quote, it’s good. Through UHaul, we requested a 930am start time. They contacted us the day before and said they couldn’t do 930 but could do 10. Later at 930pm they said 10 wouldn’t work and it would be 11-1130 start time. Morning of at 830, they say they can be there asap. We had planned for them to get there at 11am so we weren’t ready yet. I communicate that we could do 1030am and they showed up at 925am anyway. They left and said they would come back at 1030. At 1030 they told me they would be late because they took a DoorDash order while they were waiting. We ended up starting at 11am. They were very nice but disorganized. This caused us to go over our quoted time by an hour. I ended up having to pay them the extra hour in cash, which it was good I had that. I also tipped because even though the communication and organization wasn’t the best, they did complete our move in the July heat.

  • Excellent experience all the way around. Easy booking, great communitcation, on time and finished early. Worked hard the whole time even in this FL heat. Very nice and friendly customer service and movers! Would hire again in a heartbeat!
