  • Once they got to the location, everything went great and they brought an extra person along. But the scheduling was tough. Originally I requested 3pm, they asked if I could start earlier. We agreed on 2pm. This morning the called to say they were running late. They wound up arriving around 6pm. They were apologetic, but they appeared to have over scheduled and under estimated the job they had earlier. Again - they did a nice job once there and really protected the furniture and secured it which we appreciated.
