  • We unfortunately hired this company as an add on to our U-haul purchase for help loading the truck. Their rating on the site was 5 stars, however I failed to notice there weren't many reviews. During the loading they frequently dropped items with complete indifference. When I arrived at my destination I discovered that they loaded the truck in a haphazard way damaging or outright ruining most of our furniture. I reached out by email and was asked to send pictures of the damage which I immediately did. I was asked to follow up with a text as they had trouble using google drive and I sent the pictures and confirmed they received them. They've ignored me since.

    NO WE DID NOT HAVE MANY REVIEWS BECAUSE OUR COMPANY JUST STARTED ON UHAUL, AND I WASNT IGNORING YOU WHEN I CONFIRMED I RECIEVED THE PHOTOS I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL SO I DIDNT CONTACT ANYONE UNTIL I WAS RELEASED. YOU JOB WAS DONE ON 8-31-2023 ALL WE WAS REASPONSIBLE FOR WAS LOADING, THE TRUCK WAS THEN DRIVEN TO ARIZONA AND I WASNT CONTACTED UNTIL 9-11-2023 CLAIMING DAMAGES.YOU TOLD ME THAT WHEN YOU ARRIVED TO ARIZONA YOU OPENED THE TRUCK AND EVERYTHING WAS DISPLACED WHICH COULDOF BEEN CAUSED BY THE DRIVER. I STILL SAID THAT I WILL COMPENSATE YOU WITH SOMETHING EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE DAMAGES WAS CAUSED BY MY COMPANY. I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE YOU WERE SATISFIED BECUASE YOU WERE A CUSTOMER TO MY COMPANY. WHEN MY EMPLOYEES FINISHED LOADING EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND IN TACT AFTER THAT ITS OUT OF OUR HANDS. THIS REVIEW IS TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT ITS A GUARANTEE THAT WE DAMAGED THE FURNITURE AND THATS NOT TRUE!
