• While movers were professional, communications were not great. Confirmation of start time and day was not confirmed. There was a 2+ hour delay due to another customer being delayed. It would have made more to have other customer wait until they were ready or reschedule.

• The move went fantastic and I was out of my old home and into my new one quicker than I anticipated. The team at Let’s Move U were fast, efficient, and professional. One minor suggestion is for the team is confirming date, time, and location 48-72 hours prior to the move date.

• The guys where very nice but was more than 3 hours late and only communicated this at the time they was suppose to be there and broke a nourished peace before even loading it on the trailer. I told them what boxes where fragile and still a 300 set of crystal glasses got broken and these are very durable set.They where packed on the bottom of other boxes and my uhaul was not packed correctly with tbe heavy items away from back door. Need Lee's to say tbe experience was just that an experience. I am left replacing more than I paid to get these movers.
