Pierson and a helper did great. However trying to communicate with the owner or whoever about scheduling wasn’t good. They didn’t respond to multiple texts over two days. Didn’t confirm the time we needed them. When I finally got ahold of them 30 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house to unload the uhaul he said sorry you didn’t answer multiple calls we don’t have any crews today I can come tomorrow. I replied with no one called me you sent one text and didn’t reply to multiple texts of me responding and Ive already paid you so please find a crew. An hour and 45 minutes after the time we originally said two movers showed up. They did make my entire house smell like weed but they were very polite and worked hard and got done very fast. I paid for two hours and they finished in 1. The owner however tells me after, that there’s a 2 hour minimum and we don’t get a refund for the second hour. Overall would not use this company again though the actual movers did a great job.
