Malcom was phenomenal. I have had a really challenging move and he was the bright spot in it all. From the minute I booked him, he was extremely communicative, including when my U-boxes were delayed. He was on top of things every step of the way, had a positive attitude, and helped alleviate the stress of the situation for me. He was extremely professional and conscientious of how he handled all of my belongings, how he unloaded them, where he placed them, every last detail. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone who is going through a move.

Our experience was outstanding from initial communication through returning the containers to the U-Haul center. Malcolm was prompt, professional, and took great care wrapping our furniture and packing the containers. If we hadn't moved out of state, I would have definitely hired them to help at our destination.
