System estimates 4 hours for the move and it took only 1.5 hours to load everything. 3 staff shows to help. Two very helpful and one that spend most of the time joking and in the phone. I jump and help the movers to make sure everything was load on time and with no damages to any valuables.

I apologize about the guy that was on the phone .. He was fired yesterday when I got the news .. I sent a extra guy to make your move go smoothly and he fumbled the ball.. I am sincerely sorry.
