  • Unfortunately, we were told multiple times that there was a 3 hour max time for the loaders to help. This added more stress and I had to call into Moving help Customer Service to verify which I already knew that it’s a flat rate and not hourly rate. This was frustrating , but it was resolved with the help of Uhaul moving help and the company to make sure our UBoxes were fully packed-loaded. Craig the lead contact person was good throughout the loading process.
