The Moving Helper had death in family and could provide service on my scheduled date. However, he was supposed to contact me to reschedule and has not done so and hasn't responded to my texts. Cannot wait any longer. Very poor customer service. He didn't do what he promised to me verbally over the phone on initial contact.
