  The movers damaged our elliptical, by standing it on its back end, on top of the concrete, where the power button and plug are located. The mover then spun the unit to reposition it so they could lay it down in a different direction. The power unit is now damaged. I was standing there & saw the whole thing. When I showed them the damage, they quickly denied it & blamed the previous movers. I also scheduled 2 movers, for 3 hours. They loaded in 2 hours. Yet, I was charged for 3 hours. They would not provide the refund and said they weren’t required to provide one. When I talked with Moving Help, the customer support guy encouraged me to cancel FHL’s help for the following day to unload. He told me they were required to refund the hour, as well as help with the damage to our elliptical. Faith Hope N Love is a great name for a company, but only when you put those values into practice. The owner was only interested in protecting his movers and himself. I was taken advantaged of, not loved

  i booked them at 11am on 1031 at 11am and finally got a call saying they would be there at 330pm and no one showed up and tried calling several times on both numbers and no answers or replies i called on my wife's phone bout 430ish and finally got an answer was told 2 guys would be there bout 530ish and they showed up drunk as a skunk loaded 2 pieces and severely damaged both pieces fireplace and a china hutch was complaining the whole half hr bout being there was supposed to reconvene at 7am on 111 and no show tried calling the owner for several hours finally answered on my wife's number at 945am and was told by owner that he had jobs more important than ours finally 2 guys showed up at 1030am owner never offered any type of compensation for all of the crap had to rerent a uhaul truck because of his lack of professionalism and he kept asking for a 5 star reviews owner kept insisting on us giving him our pay code before job was even started or completed
