Do not use them to load or unload your possessions !! They do not know what they are doing . They couldn’t get some of my furniture in U-Haul , so my fiancé had to load the rest . They scratched my brand new wooden table ( over 400 value ) ! They did not communicate well . They rushed the move . There pants sagged off their bottoms and I could see the crack of one’s buttocks!! I’ve moved 4 times in 7 years and have never had this horrible service!! I feel I need at least a partial refund !!
