They dragged my leather sofa on the garage floor. They left the table base to a dining room table behind.. The owner of the company seems very nice and professional, but the movers involved were not good on onez They also were very late

They showed up over 5.5 hours late from my scheduled appointment time. Once they showed up they said they would only work if I gave them an additional $100 cash because I was on second floor. They have everyone at a disadvantage because like myself, I had already rented the moving truck and all the supplies and had to get my stuff loaded that day or I would have to pay for the truck and supplies again. It is simply extortion.
