  • Helpers arrived at arranged time. Then they started bringing items inside. Although it was 3 floors, their rest and chat time was longer than needed. I asked one of they would be able to finish on time and he said, probably but if not it is $70 for an extra hour. At that point I also started moving stuff because of the worry they wouldn't finish ont he arranged time. With my help and my friend's we were able to finish it half an hour early but then you are not charged less for that time. Besides that, some items were scratched. Something else weird was that the scheduler asked to leave them a big tip and they were texting for the time they should arrive at 1 am the day before.
