  • We had a highly frustrating experience with this provider. When they arrived, they demanded an additional $170 over the price we had originally ordered and agreed upon online. Because of this unexpected and unauthorized price hike, we decided not to use their services. Be very careful and double-check your pricing before working with them, as what you are quoted online may not be what they actually demand in person.

  • They arrived 2 hours late, poor communication despite talking to them several days in advance. I would not recommend their services. Furthermore, uhaul moving support is not the best. It will take more than 30 minutes to reach someone to address your issues on chat.
