Scheduled two helpers for 6 hours for our in-town move. Unfortunately, one of the helpers called in and the one helper, Mike, had to do all the moving himself. Mike worked his butt off. I was impressed with his determination of getting our move completed that day. Took longer than the 6 hours, but that's not Mike's fault.
