Communication was very good. Reached out a week or so before the scheduled date to set a time, confirmed the time the day before, and let me know the exact time he would be there on the moving day. Which was within the window that he originally agreed too. No issues.

I had a lot of thingssssss!! More than I estimated and went over time. The overtime charge was the same as the regular per hour. Which was a relief because many companies try to charge more when you go over. They were fast and very professional. Also the operator was super friendly and very accommodating! Will be calling again should I move again!!
