• The two gentlemen that was assisting me and moving cause some damage to my furniture my television and they smell like they have been drinking during the duration of the job smell alcohol coming out of their pores.

  We take feedback and professionalism very seriously so we were surprised to read this. All of our movers are background checked drug tested and held to the highest standard of conduct. Our team leads have over 10 years of experience and if there had been any indication of alcohol use or unprofessional behavior on a job it would have been reported and addressed immediately. We did not receive any communication from you about damages following your move. Had we been made aware we would have guided you through our claims process which includes providing proof so that we can make things right through our insurance. At the end of your move you signed the completion waiver confirming that the work was completed to your satisfaction and no concerns were noted at that time. We always strive to deliver a safe respectful and high quality moving experience and regret that this review does not reflect the standards we uphold every day.
