The person that contact me only by text wasn’t customer friendly..after removing my furniture from the truck to the storage he made a comment to my husband and told him not to contact him for the truck to be loaded because he would refuse us service..maybe he was have a bad day .. sorry for that but we wish him well ..

We were not informed during booking or when talking to the movers that if our move required multiple trips with the truck, that the movers would not help after the first trip. Otherwise service was fine, but company communication needs serious work.

Our records show that the scope of work was for labor only (loading and unloading). The 10ft rental truck was secured by the customer without our consultation or recommendation. Unfortunately, a 10ft truck is generally insufficient for a standard 2-bedroom home, which impacted the efficiency of the move. As we did not select the vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for delays or space constraints caused by the equipment size. The customer requested additional loading and unloading services but declined to pay the associated fees.
