  • I hired this team for a full U-Box delivery and unloading service. When the crew encountered an issue because a trailer capable of hauling two U-Boxes simultaneously was unavailable, they called and instructed me to contact U-Haul to request extra mileage for a second trip. As a customer, I should not have been responsible for managing the logistics or coordinating communication between the movers and U-Haul. Managing these logistics added unnecessary stress to my move. Furthermore, the moving crew damaged the sliding drawers of my brand-new chest right in front of me, yet they argued they were not responsible. A significant confrontation took place because the mover refused to admit fault. Despite two eyewitnesses being present in the room, he repeatedly made excuses and fabricated reasons as to why the drawers were not sliding properly. Finally, the team lacked basic professionalism while moving items into my space, leaving scratches and handprints on the apartment walls.

    You had a contract with uhaul, not us. We're contracted with Moving Help, not uhaul therefore it is totally your responsibility to fix any problems dealing with uhaul. You were compensated for a drawer that had no physical damage. You were the only person there so as far as 2 eye witnesses I don't know what you are talking about. you also weren't charged any additional money for the boxes being on separate trailers, and the uhaul representative explained that to you. You were very arrogant from the start, and seemed to find anything wrong to have the movers you hired to pay for your move. You asked for $400 dollars for a drawer that wasn't sliding on the track properly, no physical damage at all. Your loading crew loaded a fully loaded chest drawer and it was transported in a u-box. There was no argument, just an explanation to why your drawer may not be sliding properly. your review is very fabricated, however thanks for choosing Unlimited Enterprises Moving Helpers
