  • The movers did an amazing job, they got everything done and were very nice and efficient. Although, I don’t agree that I was charged an extra whole hour for being 15 minutes over the time window. I have proof on my ring camera they didn’t enter my apartment until 1009am and we even got delayed leaving my apartment because one of the movers forgot his jacket in my apartment, which is fine, but with all that being said I don’t think it was fair that I got charged an extra hour for being 15 minutes over the time when it wasn’t my fault.
