  • (1) I paid for 19 hours of labor total, yet was given only 18. The manager called and tried to get his employees back after 17.5 hours of labor, and only relented when I insisted that I need more help. The manager also insisted that I give him the pay codes BEFORE time was up, which I understand is against the rules. (2) Out of four employees, only one spoke broken English. The remaining three did not speak English at all. It was difficult to communicate and instruct them. (3) I paid for packing service, yet the employees did not even have a marker or a pen to label the boxes, and they just dumped my belongings into boxes, with little consideration as to what was what. When unpacking, items where mixed, upside down, mangled. One week later, I still have difficulties finding essential items.

  • I had a great experience with this moving team. They unloaded my truck quickly and efficiently while being extremely careful with all of my belongings. Everyone was kind, professional, and willing to help throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it smooth and easy. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.
