The guys that showed up worked hard and loaded the truck. There was a lot of room for improvement in my view, from communication which wasn’t great, sending the wrong amount of people (less not more), not showing up with the right equipment for the job (moving tools). It was down to the wire for moving time and it was more stressful than needed to be.
