• Scheduled window for arrival was 8-9am and we received a call about 45min ahead they would be there at 8am. During scheduling they offered to do the unload as well and we could pay by the hour, so we agreed. The two gentlemen that showed up didn't speak any English, so communication was very difficult requiring us to call people to translate. This cost us 30 - 45 min at the beginning which cost me extra as I had to add more time to finish the job. I think the scheduling department should've told us about the language barrier. One of the gentlemen moved significantly slower than his coworker which resulted in a slower load time. He was texting on his cell phone frequently as well. We met the 2 gentlemen at our new house and they began unloading. We had the truck and 3 U-Boxes to unload. They unloaded the truck but refused to unload the U-Boxes. They called the scheduling department who agreed they could proceed but they disagreed. They stayed an additional 40min but moved slower.
