  • The two individuals that assisted me during my move did not speak English. This slowed down the progress and created more hurdles than expected. I would have benefited from the main office to communicating this to me and asking my preference. I am grateful they were hard workers who didn’t complain, did their best to understand and worked tirelessly. We worked together for 4 hours, and they did a great job.
