  • The owner of the company sent two amateur movers to assist with my move. I booked a 3 hour slot because it took that amount of time to load, travel and unload moving in from another county. So, I was disappointed when the movers took nearly 2 hours alone simply putting boxes on the truck. In the past I have also received help with disconnecting the washer, breaking down bed, etc yet the movers told me they were only 19 and had never had to do those things. So, I had to call around to various friends to see if someone could assist. Finally, a family friend came over and disconnected the washer and directed the movers. I explained to them that everything in the apartment needed to be moved to the other apartment (mind you this was in the same complex). One positive note is that the guys were kind but uncertain. If you have more than boxes to use and you choose to use Hands on Moving please request that at least one professional be there. After adding 2 additional hours, there were still

    Were sorry for the inconvenience and will train our helpers to be better and more efficient also the movers informed you that they will disconnect the washer and dryer this service wasnt included in your order which would result in paying extra for disassembly which you refused to pay
