We provide safe and efficient work Arrival windows are 6am to 8am 8am to 12pm 12pm to 4pm 4pm to 8pm Items that need to be wrapped packed assembled disassembled will need to be done prior to arrival unless added to existing order Items exceeding 250 pounds are considered a specialty item which requires a four man crew and may be an additional charge We dont move pianos with stairs no exceptions

I used uhaul to book this group. I paid uhaul and then they called me asking for another 500 cash to have them unload the truck into uboxes for shipping. They packed boxes labeled fragile on the bottom of the ubox then stacked boxes on top labeled books. Half of our items arrived broke. They put in tv into the box next to the empty tv shipping box then stuck matters on top of tv. Tv did not make it. They said we’re giving me a deal for an extra mover it did move faster but items were broken. Upon following up the person on the other side said it’s not our fault and follow up with uhaul. Worst customer service, poor packing, do not hire company. Awful and sad.
