  • I was very disappointed in the overall experience. To start, James did not really provide me with any information regarding what to expect. I had to call him several times to get information about when he was arriving, and he reached out with confusing requests because he forgot what type of customer I was. He left the site of the move for several hours, leaving his buddy alone, and ultimately showed up way late, taking more than three times as long as we'd expected or budgeted for the job. I was deeply concerned about the safety of my items and was told not to be around the work area because James gets 'performance anxiety' if someone watches him work. I was getting anxiety with seeing how my possessions were being handled, but I complied, given my belongings were in his hands. Ultimately, they had to leave several key items behind, despite being assured they would fit during the walkthrough and while they were working. I'm sorry, but it's time to get a new job.
