• We hired this crew to unload our two U-Haul trucks. I was hauling another load from our old house so my mother was at our new house to supervise and direct the movers where things needed to go. She said they did not listen to her or follow instructions, most of our furniture was left outside in the dirt or gravel areas when it was supposed to go inside our house. Most of the garage boxes and totes plus inside belongings from one truck were dumped outside in a pile in stickers and foxtail weeds. After unloading the trucks, my mother found them all inside our house sitting on the couch waiting to be paid. My mother is older and said they were not very polite people. She was unaware that she could withhold payment until they moved items where they needed to go. I did not find out what happened until she had already given them the code for payment. I have worked with several moving crews through U-Haul and have had good experiences. I would never hire these people again though.

  Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to read your review especially since we weren't made aware of any concerns during or after the move. This is the first time we've heard of any issues after over a month of the job being completed. I personally remember this move, because it was a challenging job, in our crew works very hard to complete it while following the instructions provided on site. Had any concerns been brought to our attention we would have welcome to the opportunity to address them. We take pride in our work, and stand behind the professionalism of our team.   Do-It Moving Logistics

• I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I booked a week in advance, yet all communication had to be initiated by me. They only started responding the day before the move. When booking, I specifically requested that the movers bring dollies. The night before the move, I called to confirm only to find out they do not provide them. I had to rush to rent dollies at the last minute. They were scheduled to arrive at 9.30 AM but showed up about two hours late and did not notify me until the day of the move. This disrupted my entire schedule. Three movers arrived with no equipment and worked very slowly. Loading the same items from storage took them about four hours, while two movers had unloaded them into storage in only two hours. To make matters worse, they broke my mirror. I contacted the company about the damage, but never received any response. I would not recommend this company.
