  • Everything was great and they went above and beyond. That said, many boxes labels as fragile or 'this side up' in bright red were not treated as such, (like just tossing them inside since they were small boxes) and a couple things ended up leaking. We haven't checked the fragile boxes for damage yet. These were small in the grand scheme of things, but would have been nice if they watched for these notes.
