  • They should change their name to 'Stress You Out Moves' because that's what you will be! I've used this company twice. The 1st time they were 6 hours late with no communication except that I'd be notified of an ETA which i wasn't. However they did arrive. The movers themselves on that day were good and fast. They were tipped very well. I stupidly rescheduled again knowing their track record of poor business mgmt. I scheduled for a Friday morning since their page indicated that they were available at that time. They rescheduled for Friday afternoon but could not give me a time. Then they rescheduled me for Thursday at noon. I rearranged my schedule just to be finally sent an text stating that they are canceling and that I should reschedule for another day. This is unacceptable and the Uhaul company itself should have higher standards! Moving is extremely stressful. Using these folks will make your moving experience way more stressful than it needs to be but you get what you pay for.
