The only reason I gave the company any stars was the help that was finally sent was awesome. Miles and Tyler rocked the last of the pack. Would not recommend the company.

Hi Melissa We appreciate you recognizing that Miles and Tyler did an awesome job We would like to clarify that your reservation was for 1 mover for 2 hours Weekends are extremely busy and jobs are handled first come first served with earlier scheduled jobs completed before later appointments Because you had already been waiting we sent 2 movers for the full 2 hours even though only 1 mover was purchased This means you received 4 mover hours of labor while only purchasing 2 mover hours The additional mover was provided as a courtesy at no additional charge We understand the frustration with the wait but we fulfilled the service purchased and provided twice the manpower originally reserved We appreciate your business and are glad you were satisfied with the work performed by Miles and Tyler
