The guys that arrived seemed like they don’t know how to pack. Over halfway through the scheduled time, told us we needed a bigger truck. We told them to leave before we were done because things weren’t getting packed well. We started over on our own, repacked the entire truck and had over 7 feet of extra space (so we would have had 2 feet in the original truck). After we told them we would pay them and they could leave, they got defensive and told us we took up their entire day by rescheduling the time, even though they accepted and confirmed that the new time was okay. They went to the wrong address, even though we confirmed the address with them over text, and showed up to the correct address 15 minutes late. Showed up with no equipment until later and were carrying boxes one at a time down the stairs. Told us we were difficult customers to work with and ‘disingenuine’, were video taping our conversation after we told them we just wanted to pay them for their time and be done.
