Moving company representative has set times for a phone call to go over details and confirm my reservation on both Monday 8/19 and Wednesday 8/21 and failed to follow through both times. I have a very tight schedule on my moving day, and I cannot trust a moving company to show up on time and do a good job when they can't even follow through on a simple phone call, especially when they are the ones setting up the phone call!
