• Forced to give them less than 5 stars as they were supposed to come at 3 pm & then confirmed a 4 pm slot but finally had to send a different team at 515 pm as the original team was backed up. I was forced to reach out a few times hence the 3 on communication. Extremely professional in their demeanor no matter how tired or hard the work was. Still one star less as they showed up very late and by then I had already moved about 40pct of the things by myself. Overall 3 star- as they showed up late & I had moved 40pct on my own & kept helping them move things even afterwards. The team seemed exhausted when they showed up but still did the job. Only issue was one kept throwing some of the boxes in their hurry and damaged a few kitchen items. Still not the worst. Bottom line would I hire them again YES definitely. BUT for an early move so they dont get backed up and or are forced to send a team that is already exhausted. But the team got the job done. Thank you.

• The negative reviews do not pertain to Rick. He was very professional, helpful, and efficient during our move. The other helper was slow, on his phone, and complaining the entire time. It felt like a nuisance that he was hired to help us move. Rick did a great job at fitting everything and doing everything, but it's a two man job and the other man did not carry his weight.
