  • Maurice and Kenny were extremely fast and efficient, however they didn't pay attention to the boxes I clearly labeled (Extremely fragile Car Only). I told them not to pack those boxes because we were going to place them into our car for safekeeping. They were in a big hurry and threw a bunch of our stuff into storage before we knew what was happening. Also, Mister Kenny went to our bathroom for a full twenty minutes. He flushed the toilet three times. When he walked out, I saw powder all over his nose and face, and he was running around all crazy. I don't trust this company, and I definitely don't trust Maurice or Kenny. What a terrible experience. Spend the extra money for a mover that is actually reputable. Don't give this place your money.

    Hi Kathleen, I reviewed your concerns with Maurice and Kenny, and their account does not fully match your review. Kenny recalls working with you to identify fragile items. Some went into the U-Boxes and some into the rented U-Haul used to transport them. We do not normally use that vehicle for customer belongings unless instructed, so there appears to have been a misunderstanding. U-Haul initially only allowed one U-Box at a time. Maurice contacted our office, and we worked with U-Haul to get multiple boxes available. I also addressed the bathroom incident with Kenny. He stated he briefly used the bathroom, washed his face, changed his shirt, and returned to work. Our crews work in significant heat and routinely clean up and change shirts. We have no information supporting the characterization in your review. Neither the crew nor our office was notified of these concerns at the time.
