Moving help came out yesterday and said they could not move my items because 2 beds were not broken down. I texted ahead of time and also notated I would need this done. Manager for Texas Moving Center said they would/should be able to do it if all it requires was a screw driver. There was only a few pieces for the bed and that’s all it required but the moving help still declined to do it and let. I spoke to the manager early afternoon who said he would reschedule me for today and around 9:30am. I sent 2 texts to confirm they were still coming today and also called numerous of times without any reply. Texas Moving Center is not answering or retiring my calls and essentially have abandoned me and declined job.

the guys were great - on time, all smiles, and honest & efficient. they even brought their own dollies (which was a pleasant surprise). will be reaching back out to them for our next move.
