They were a little slow to confirm the loading reservation but easy to get ahold of to confirm the loading time. They were very communicative on our moving day and timely to arrive within their window. We have a few very heavy pieces of furniture that they handled with ease and care. We had steep stairs with a large number of heavy totes that needed to be brought down and they were quick and efficient with it. They packed the U-Haul truck with great care and nothing shifted during the drive.
