    They’re fine enough if you want bare minimum help on move day - simply move things from A to B and don’t break anything. Don’t ask questions or for extra help moving furniture around, nothing. They don’t work very well independently even with clear instructions so you need 2 people to monitor - 1 to make sure things are going smoothly at the truck, and one in the home. Without this double oversight, you’ll probably be disappointed. As for positive comments, nothing broke during the move and the person who coordinates is responsive and flexible. However, if you expect them to work efficiently & independently or you expect them to help you put together big pieces (like beds and sectionals), pay that $20-40 more an hour from a different company and save yourself a headache on an already stressful day.
