  • There was misunderstanding of how long they were to be working and seemed to be in a rush to make the next job. Our kitchen was the only thing to be packed. It began well but by the end, there were items that hadn't been packed, items that weren't to be packed but were boxed up and moved, and the quality of packing each item diminished.

  • Two movers arrived 30 minutes apart which led to misunderstanding of what was to be moved and not moved. There was misunderstanding of how long they were to be working and seemed to be in a rush to make the next job. Our items were packed and moves well but when placed into the moving container, they could have been handled better. I walked down to see one mover throwing a tub to the top with papers flying out and him shoving them back in the tub.

They did an exceptional job loading my entire household from two different locations a storage unit and my apartment into a 26-foot U-Haul truck. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, organized, and hardworking. I was honestly concerned that everything would not fit into the truck, but their packing and loading skills were incredible. They carefully arranged every item, maximizing the available space while ensuring my belongings were protected and secure. The crew worked efficiently, handled my furniture and boxes with care, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Their experience and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful day completely worry free. Thanks to their expertise, they were able to fit everything into the truck safely and neatly. I couldn't be happier with the service.
