• During this move we had several items broken all to which the owner of the company has denied. We purchased insurance which is now a whole other issue. to start they arrived 3 hours late with no communication on when or where they were or would arrive. We packed all the boxes and all the bins the movers did the rest but refuse to acknowledge that the items were broken by their team. My brand new bed frame was dragged up the stairs which we could hear up three flights of stairs. I have given them ample time to correct the issue but they have failed to reply back to my messages. If you value your items I would not trust them with your belongings. A tv, a mirror from my grandfather and other valuable items were broken in the move. At one point one of the movers even asked me to check a tv because he claimed it may have been broken in the move which they now deny happened.

• Wiley was great. His partner that day was sloppy. He rolled our table causing multiple scratches on the top, as he was pulling an item off the dolly a wheel tore off on the bottom of an item and he damaged a wall. this was documented and we spoke with management, Nick, who promised he would come by and fix these items that week. I’ve reached out three times now and he has not responded. The repair costs are going to cost us 100’s of dollars. If photos could be uploaded I would upload evidence of the damage. I highly discourage using this company. We did provide cash tips as well to the movers despite our frustrations. Very disappointed in the management
