  • I was unsure how long the job would take and paid for 3 hours but the job was completed in 1 hour. I asked for 1 hours fees to be refunded and they could keep 1 hour for a tip but Kevin kept all 3 hours fees and didn't answer messages from myself and movinghelp.com support. The Golden movers experience will stop me from using the Movinghelp.com website in the future due to their lack of help in trying to resolved this issue.
